Avery Chipka

Avery Chipka has been part of the Killington Café & Wine Bar family since we opened. Avery is a native Vermonter and grew up on the slopes of Killington. During his twenty-plus years in the hospitality industry, he has earned recognition for his time in both the front and back of the house sides of the business. Avery’s accreditations include recognitions from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, Society of Wine Educators, Court of Master Sommeliers, The Italian Trade Commission, Consejo Regulador Del Tequila, Council of Whiskey Masters, Cicerone, and the American Culinary Federation.

Avery has spent time traveling throughout the world and these travels have provided him with exposure to a significant number of cultures which he integrates into his creations here in Vermont.
