New York bred, Vermont fed – Meet Joseph Cuozzo, Blending big city flavor with mountain charm.

Joseph Cuozzo, General Manager, and Co-Owner, studied finance at the University of Scranton before managing apartment complexes in the Greater NYC area with his family business, A&C Investments. He also ran a successful vitamin and supplement retail, e-commerce, and Amazon business for 10 years, followed by his own furniture business for five years.

A longtime visitor to Killington since 2017, Joseph moved to the area permanently after the pandemic, initially working as a night auditor at Killington Mountain Lodge. Within weeks, he was promoted to Front Office Manager and then Operations Manager. He later joined Killington Café & Wine Bar as Kitchen Manager, quickly rising to General Manager before becoming a partner. With a deep appreciation for great food, influenced by his Italian upbringing, Joseph honed his culinary knowledge while working at the Michelin-starred Blue Hill at Stone Barns under Chef Dan Barber. He now brings that passion for quality ingredients and refined flavors to Killington, creating an elevated dining experience that remains welcoming and unpretentious.
